↳Certification in Scrum methodologies (such as CSM or PSMI) alongside deep knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, and team empowerment techniques.
↳Practical understanding of modern development ecosystems, including Git/GitHub version control and setting up basic build environments.
↳Basic Experience with C++ programming.
↳Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect teams and resolve conflicts.
↳Highly motivated, deadline-focused, with a proactive and thorough way of working.
↳Willingness to work in a regulated environment (medical device, automotive, aerospace or industrial safety) and follow structured development processes.
↳Excellent communication and teamwork skills; willingness to write good documentation and drive work to conclusion.
