Senior Digital Content Specialist Job Responsibilities Support and drive elements of end-to-end planning and programming of content across campaigns, trigger emails, landing page, and Cookidoo app experiences, including developing marketing and creative briefs and defining the linking strategy. Review creative and QA final deliverables while ensuring launch dates are met with precision. Provide feedback based on channel best practices, consumer insights, metrics and the strategic goals of the campaign and business. Generate interest, consideration, and conversion through compelling, motivating copy and visuals, from food or seasonal campaigns to product content and everything in between. Convey compelling and effective product stories across email, landing page, and Cookidoo app channels, with a fundamental awareness of digital commerce, SEO writing, and writing for different and multiple target audiences. Own the content strategy for each campaign, deciding what content lives on which channel, in what sequence, and why, so email, landing page, and app content work as one connected consumer journey rather than three separate deliverables. Form intuitive, connected customer journeys across channels, with close attention to links and how content hands off from one channel to the next. Build content with attention to hierarchy, localization, and UX writing principles, ensuring master content can be adapted across markets and languages. Contribute to creating a relevant and personalized experience at scale for Thermomix consumers while balancing key agency relationships, leading special projects, removing blockers, and escalating issues to the right leaders. Act as content publishing subject expert to ensure flawless content executions on our channels. Own content lifecycle management from ideation, creation, and editing through to approvals, distribution, measurement, and maintenance, working closely with the CRM team to deliver the assets. Produce and maintain high-quality content, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every customer.
