The role

01Support Swiss tax planning, structuring and reorganization initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
02Advise on cross-border transactions, intellectual property structures and value chain developments.
03Partner with Treasury and Legal on financing structures, bond issuances and funding arrangements.
04Support tax due diligence, risk assessments and structuring activities for mergers and acquisitions.
05Prepare, negotiate and manage tax rulings with Swiss Tax Authorities.
06Monitor tax risks, support audits and ensure compliance with Swiss tax legislation and policies.
07Build trusted relationships across Finance, Treasury, Legal, Global Tax and external advisors.
Requirements
↳Degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Law or a related discipline.
↳Significant experience in Swiss corporate tax planning, structuring and financing matters.
↳Strong knowledge of Swiss tax legislation and international tax principles.
↳Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and business restructuring projects.
↳Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
↳Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic business-focused approach.
