Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for 1 month

* 2 days of home office per week - End-to-End Recruitment * Direct Sourcing & Talent Mapping - September 2026 ## About Our Client ## Our client is a pharma company. ## Job Description ## * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned vacancies across EMEA and the US. * Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, role requirements, and candidate profiles. * Proactively source and engage qualified talent through a variety of channels. * Conduct screening interviews and coordinate competency-based and panel interviews. * Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. * Advise stakeholders on market trends, candidate availability, and recruitment best practices. * Coordinate offer preparation, negotiations, and hiring processes. * Ensure accurate tracking and reporting within the ATS. * Maintain continuity of recruitment operations and stakeholder communication during the coverage period. ## The Successful Applicant ## Required Experience * Proven experience as a **Senior Talent Acquisition Partner / Senior Recruiter** in a global or international environment. * Strong track record of hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels. * Experience supporting both **EMEA and North American stakeholders**. * Expertise in direct sourcing, candidate assessment, competency-based interviewing, and stakeholder management. * Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Strong communication skills and excellent customer service orientation. Preferred Profile * Native or fluent English speaker. * Comfortable working across different cultures and time zones. * Experience within corporate, healthcare, life sciences, professional services, or multinational environments is highly valued. ## What's on Offer ## * Immediately available and able to ensure full coverage throughout September.
