↳Degree in Food Engineering or a related field; PhD preferred.
↳Minimum of 7 years experience in a similar role or in product development within the food industry (B2B experience preferred).
↳Strong understanding of the food ingredient market; experience in powder processing is an advantage.
↳Proven ability to design experiments, analyze and interpret data, and translate results from lab, field, and customer trials into actionable recommendations.
↳Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to work independently while fostering collaboration.
↳Experience in technical leadership positions preferred.
↳Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
↳Solid project management skills, including planning and documentation.
↳Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are an advantage.
↳Willingness to travel up to 70% as required.
