The role

01Act as a subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform and take ownership of solution design
02Support development teams in configuring standard applications (Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, etc.) as well as developing new applications using ServiceNow features
03Especially on modules CSM, SPM and ITAM
04Participate in gathering business and technical requirements and in implementation documentation
05Integrate ServiceNow with external tools (SCCM, Intune, SAP, etc.)
06Develop test cases
07Promote best practices
Requirements
↳Experience in ServiceNow platform
↳Strong understanding of IT service management processes
↳Ability to work collaboratively with development teams
