Sr Audit Manager - Private Equity

**Sector: Asset & Wealth Management** ###### The Context ###### Our client, a leading Big 4 firm based in Switzerland, is looking for a Senior Manager to strengthen its Audit practice dedicated to private equity funds, private credit, and private markets. You will join a specialized team recognized for its technical depth and international network. ###### Your Responsibilities ###### * Lead audits of private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate funds (US GAAP, IFRS, Lux GAAP, Swiss GAAP) * Audit complex investment valuations, including illiquid assets * FINMA supervisory audits * Coordinate international teams on multi-jurisdictional engagements * Build and maintain long-term client relationships; actively contribute to business development ###### Your Profile ###### * **University degree in accounting or finance** * 8+ years of audit experience with strong exposure to PE fund structures and private markets * Technical expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and Swiss GAAP; SEC/PCAOB experience is a plus! * Good understanding of FINMA regulatory requirements and Swiss supervisory audit frameworks * **Fluent English required; German is an asset**
