As a Tactical Procurement Manager within Hilti Procurement Europe, you will play a key role in shaping a competitive, resilient, and future-oriented supplier network for strategic mechanical commodities, including Standard Parts, Bearings, Seals & Rubber. Working across our procurement hubs in Liechtenstein and Hungary and collaborating closely with Global Sourcing teams in China and India, you will drive sourcing decisions, supplier performance, and cost competitiveness throughout the product lifecycle. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution while shaping international supplier networks that directly influence Hilti's future products and competitiveness. Working closely with Strategic Category Managers, you will turn category strategies into tangible business results by driving supplier performance, sourcing decisions, and innovation across a global supply base. Your work will directly contribute to product success, supply resilience, and Hilti's long-term growth. This full-time position is available as soon as possible. Required travel is up to 15%.
