Act as Finance Business Partner to Cluster Operations Head (and Plant Leadership Teams)
Co-own P&L, mange performance of the four sites in the cluster (Switzerland, Romania, U.S.)
Perform analyses to generate insights and develop actions including cost structures, productivity, product profitability, and working capital
Serve as partner to the Group CFO, provide strategic decision support
Further develop controlling standards, tools, and data quality in close collaboration with Group Controlling
Lead a >€50m investment program, including business case development and post-investment tracking
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning, ensuring a strong link between operational reality and strategic objectives
Foster a performance-driven and continuous improvement culture across operations
Establish robust controls and mange risks
Lead a Swiss and Romanian team across controlling, accounting, and related functions
This role reports directly to the Group CFO
