03### Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities ###
- Lead and deliver SAP-focused IT transformation projects from initiation to go-live
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality targets
- Drive business process improvements across key functional areas
- Translate business requirements into practical IT solutions and implementation roadmaps
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, external partners, and system integrators
- Facilitate project governance, steering committees, and stakeholder communication
- Support change management, user adoption, and organizational readiness activities
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and audit requirements
- Monitor project performance, financials, and realization of business benefits
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and methodologies

Exigences
↳Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
↳Several years of experience in IT project management and SAP transformation projects
↳Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and business transformation initiatives
↳Proven ability to manage stakeholders in a global and cross-functional environment
↳Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
↳Experience with project governance, risk management, and budget control
↳High adaptability and resilience, with the ability to perform effectively in dynamic and changing environments
↳Very good written and spoken English skills. Additional languages are a plus
