As part of a two-person IT team, you will play a key role in shaping and advancing KRSA's technology, data, and reporting landscape. You will combine the responsibilities of application owner, business solutions partner, data specialist, and project manager in a highly visible position with direct exposure to senior management. You will take ownership of KRSA's core reinsurance platform, Synergy2, and help drive the digitalization and continuous improvement of business processes across underwriting, operations, finance, claims, and reporting. Working closely with business stakeholders, external vendors, and technology partners, you will ensure that systems, data, and reporting capabilities effectively support the company's strategic objectives and future growth This role offers an opportunity to make a tangible impact in an international reinsurance company.
