Requirements
↳Previous in-house or agency experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
↳Strong capabilities in active sourcing, pipeline building, and market research.
↳Ability to work effectively across cultures and manage relationships with stakeholders across different functions and time zones.
↳Analytical mindset, excellent communication and facilitation skills, curiosity, problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail.
↳Proficiency in English, French and German is essential.
↳Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning.
