Aufgaben

Lead and develop the People Attraction team, currently consisting of two Recruitment Specialists and one Employer Marketing & Social Media Specialist.
Set clear objectives, priorities and performance expectations while fostering collaboration, ownership and professional development.
Drive workforce planning and recruitment delivery by partnering with department leaders, Scheduling and Fleet Managers, operational teams and People & Culture to understand current and future talent needs.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle and ensure vacancies are filled with the right candidates within agreed timelines.
Build sustainable talent pipelines and sourcing strategies across relevant markets and channels.
Manage recruitment agencies, job platforms and sourcing partners, ensuring candidate quality, service standards and cost effectiveness.
Shape the candidate’s experience and employer brand by ensuring professional, transparent and engaging communication throughout the recruitment journey.
Develop employer marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with TTC's values, employee experience and recruitment priorities.
Lead external, social media and recruitment communication, including career pages, job advertisements, campaigns, job fairs and recruitment events.
Ensure a consistent and engaging employer presence across all candidate touchpoints.
Coordinate internal communication and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring relevant People & Culture content, company updates, activities and achievements are communicated effectively to our office-based and shipboard communities.
Own People Attraction systems, data and reporting, ensuring effective use of the Applicant Tracking System, accurate recruitment data and meaningful KPIs.
Use data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities and support informed decision-making.
Manage the People Attraction budget across recruitment, employer marketing, social media, systems, content and events, ensuring resources are aligned with business priorities.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation across recruitment processes, tools, communication and ways of working, with a focus on efficiency, candidate experience, employer visibility and recruitment outcomes.

Anforderungen

Degree or comparable qualification in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field, combined with several years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, employer branding or a similar People function.
Proven experience leading and developing a team, with the ability to set direction, establish priorities, delegate effectively and create accountability.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, sourcing strategies, candidate experience and talent pipeline development.
Experience recruiting across multiple countries and/or for operational or high-volume environments is an advantage.
Demonstrated experience developing employer branding, recruitment marketing, social media and candidate communication strategies across multiple channels.
Excellent ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with senior leaders, operational managers, People & Culture teams, external agencies and other partners across a diverse organization.
Confident user of Applicant Tracking Systems, recruitment platforms and digital communication tools, with the ability to analyze recruitment data, define meaningful KPIs and translate insights into action.
Strong organizational and budget management skills, combined with the ability to connect People Attraction activities with wider business objectives and workforce requirements.
Forward-thinking, proactive and solution-oriented, with strong communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international and multicultural environment.
Comfortable challenging existing approaches and driving change while maintaining a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
